Campsites

General Rules

• Check in time is after 14:00pm
• Check out time before 11:00am
• Camp must be quiet by 22:00pm
• No loud music will be tolerated and also not played out of an car.
• Please respect your fellow campers at all times
• Speed limit on the gravel road is 20km/hours. Please whatch out for the animals at all times
• -NO FIREWORKS – R5000 fine
• -NO Fires made other than in provided braai drums – R1000 fine
• Please bring your own portable braais. A limited number of free standing braais, without grids, are available.
• All fires must be under supervision at all times and must be put out when you go to bed.
• Firewood and lights and matches can be purchased at reception on check in time
• In case of visitors there will be an visitors fee paid of R50 per person. This must be arrange beforehand. R500 fine will be charged if not arranged beforehand.
• Residents must make PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS with the office, DURING OFFICE HOURS, for guests to enter the Resort.
• All persons making use of the Resort and its facilities do so at their own risk.
• The Management accepts no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to persons, vehicles or other property whilst on the premises.
• Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of any camper, without notice, for failing to comply with the conditions stated in these rules or for creating any form of nuisance or annoyance which in any way interferes with the quiet or general comfort of other campers.
• The site fee covers one car per site. This must be parked ON the site. Additional cars will be charged for. Maximum of two cars allowed.
  Clean your site: Don’t leave a dirty site for the next campers. Please leave all refuse in bins provided.

Ablutions

• Camping comes with sharing bathrooms, so please consider your fellow campers allowing enough time for others to use the facilities. NO sanitary towels, tampons or foreign objects are allowed to be thrown in the toilets. These facilities are run on a septic tank system.
• The water on the premises are form the Korentepoort dam and has an brown colour. It is clean to drink.
• Washing machine in the bathroom can be used at an additional fee. See Notice at mashine.
• Laundry may not be hung out on site. Please use the washing lines provided next to ablution blocks.
• Please wash your dishes in the basins outside the bathrooms on the paving or at your own camp. DO NOT WASH IN THE BATHROOMS!

Cancellation Policy:

6 months cancellation: 90% refund. 6 to 3 months cancellation: 50% refund. 3 months cancellation: 0% refund. 6 weeks cancellation: liable for full site fees.
